204B wax powder

The product is a PE wax, its molecular weight distribution is very uniform,  it has the following characteristics

• Low cost
• Improve the smoothness and scratch resistance of the coating film
• Good fineness, narrow particle size distribution
• Low effect on gloss
• Easy to disperse in alcohols/esters inks and water-based inks, good compatibility with resin

 

The product is recommended to be used in industrial paint, powder coating as exterior added wax, It is quite highly cost-effective while in offset printing inks.

The recommended supplementation ratio(ratio of the gross ingredient) is 0.5-1.0%, please choose the best supplementation according to the different demands actually.
